Our Production Cycle
How long does it take once I place my order?
One of the ways we control our pricing is by keeping little to no inventory. We can do that because our primary raw goods supplier has a local regional warehouse. Generally we receive the items we need to decorate by the next day.
A few things can go wrong such as missed deliveries, production problems or scheduling conflicts. In addition, our local warehouse doesn't carry every single product they sell, and sometimes we have to order from one of their other warehouses, which can add 3 to 5 business days before we even receive those raw goods.
When we respond to your order we generally add a day for schedule and production issues and we will inform you when we expect to ship.
As a general rule, we seldom ever need more than a week to complete your order, and usually it is more like the 3rd day.
All of our warehouses have cut-off times. We use 4:00pm Eastern Time as our universal cut-off time, and that is even too late for a couple of our suppliers that are out of town.
We always do our best to let you know when you place your order what the expected return time is based on what we find in-stock and our current scheduling position.
We can and will try to expedite orders when we are asked to, however we find that rushed orders have a tendency to bypass some of our quality controls and result in disappointments.
